The outdoor pool had fine views of Pico Mountain. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a great addition for relaxation. The staff were super supportive and attentive throughout my visit 😊

perfect and exceptionally nice location right next to the sea was a plus. and we were close enough to downtown core, and spain and portugal, where oranges are abundant and cheap.

The breakfast was extensive with many selections and the pool was lovely. Liked the room with stunning views to pico island, my bed was comfy.

The location is superb, offering fantastic views of Pico Island. The breakfast selection impressed me with fresh fruits and home-made goods. I appreciated the spacious room with a comfortable bed and a clean atmosphere. The decor definitely feels outdated. While I enjoyed the indoor pool, gym equipment maintenance needs attention. One night, noise from outside disturbed my peace. Although I noticed a charm in the staff's effort, their service took a while when it got busy.

Breakfast features very nice sliced tropical fruits that will transport your taste buds! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. I also loved the fine sea view from my room.

Great view of the Horta harbour, great comfort, great location very close to town hrabour and center.

Hotel Wifi internet access could be provided for free given that the Marina internet network can be accessed for free from the bedroom terrace.

A well-kept hotel in Horta with genuinely helpful staff at the reception desk. Early check-in, late check-out. Sports bar and clean pool. Perfect and exceptionally nice location at a short distance from Horta Regional Museum. Right by the Marina, bars and restaurants, Pico mountain and harbor...

That balcony with the view of the harbor? Just beautiful! We spent lotsa time out there, and the outdoor pool was nice too. Breakfast was a spread, but the gym equipment coulda used some TLC. Room was lovely enough, but the door was like slammin' every time someone came or went. Still, we had a good time!

The pillows were tiny and lumpy: almost made it impossible to sleep; the qualtiy of the food was poor. This doesn't deserve to be classed as a 4-star hotel.

We loved the amazing view of Pico and enjoyed quality family time around the lovely outdoor pool. The spacious rooms were perfect for all five of our adult children.

My children wanted improved air conditioning. It just wasn't effective.

Great city center hotel with very efficient and genuinely helpful stuff at the reception desk. Magnificent and comfy location, minutes away from Horta Historic Center. Based near to the harbor and restaurants...

The staff was very friendly. Location is near city center and close to shopping. Easy access from the airport by cab. We were here off season so the spa and sauna were not on, but the indoor pool was clean and nice. Nice selection for breakfast.

Great indoor pool and spa, but noise from neighboring rooms was distracting.

This hotel is in a good location. Many rooms are facing the sea and command a good view of Pico. Some rooms not facing the sea even have good quiet atmosphere.
